Action Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Happiness is a choice<\/li><li>Choose to Happy<\/li><li>Create small habits&nbsp;<\/li><li>Three things to do<\/li><li>Exercise<\/li><li>Meditations \u2013 (NAMAZ \u2013 5 times a day)<\/li><li>Positive emails \u2013 to co workers and friends&nbsp;<\/li><li>Eat and sleep before work<\/li><li>When you go to work \u2013 thing of three things that you are grateful.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Every 90 minutes take coffee breaks \u2013 while waiting for the coffee \u2013 write down three positive things that happened in the morning that day \u2013 do that 21 days and your brain becomes accustomed to optimism.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Smile and eye contacts to people \u2013 small changes but large impacts.<\/li><li>What you can do to raise level of happiness is the key question we need to ask \u2013 as Happiness is a choice and it is the efforts we put in makes a difference.<\/li><li>The exact question is what I can do to be happy at this moment. \u2013 it is not about the comparison to when I was the most happy or not about should.<\/li><li>Strategy for Happiness: &#8211; Eliminate Negative noise \u2013 when you sleep less and are bombarded with lot of negative news, then your brain feels that it is in threatening situation. \u2013 (a) Turn on radio in the morning \u2013 (b) don\u2019t watch news, read online \u2013 so you can choose what to read and what not to read.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(c ) Focus on the positive news \u2013 things like scientific discovery \u2013 etc., The idea is that I am not absorbed with things that I cannot control<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Don\u2019t check your emails before going to sleep \u2013 for example after 9pm&nbsp;<\/li><li>Worrying is not love<\/li><li>Think create positive in other people lives<\/li><li>The way pessimist think is that their behaviors don\u2019t matter \u2013 while optimists believes that their behavior matters.<\/li><li>When things like we hear that our department is going to be shut down, or the company has hired a new sales person in your department, etc.,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>What should you do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stop dress harassing my brain from what tragedy happened \u2013 stop thinking what will happen with my life<\/li><li>&nbsp;Is this information valid and accurate \u2013 go to the senior leadership if this information is true or not<\/li><li>look for the best alternative \u2013 if this information is valid, what is the best option in this situation. \u2013 What are the actions I can do best in the present situation to be in the better situation if that eventuality occurs?<\/li><li>Link with other people around me \u2013 establish social connections.&nbsp;<\/li><li>When we feel helpless, it is to find ways to help others empowers us to be positive.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happiness is a choice Choose to Happy Create small habits&nbsp;
